Since the inaugural event in 2010, the Tigerpaw Conference has been an annual highlight for so many. We totally get it. We too have loved the opportunity to network, educate and revel with the entire Tigerpaw family under one roof.

Team Tigerpaw puts massive effort into planning and executing an annual user conference filled with industry news and announcements. This is a very large project that takes immense time and resources from our entire staff to coordinate.

Over the past year, we launched several new innovations within Tigerpaw — from our Etilize integration, metered billing and technical support live chat to our recently released updated user interface. And we remain committed to developing even more features, upgrades and integrations to further streamline your day-to-day operations and help you grow your business.

In order to continue focusing the necessary resources for innovations, we made a really hard decision to forgo the 2017 and 2018 user conferences. We are still looking at the possibility of a 2019 Tigerpaw Conference.

  • We have relaunched our Tigerpaw Blog and are offering new posts from Team Tigerpaw, guest bloggers and our partners on the topics that matter most to you. Weekly themes run the gamut — from best practices and software updates to industry news and professional development. Subscribe and receive email notifications when we’ve released a new post into the wild.
  • We have revitalized our Tigerpaw Community and added new resources. You can connect with fellow Tigerpaw users, get inside information from our Tigers, network with your peers, share your knowledge and make suggestions to help drive the direction of Tigerpaw. You can join the conversation and interact with our team. It’s like a mini-Tigerpaw Conference every day! (There’s no free booze, unfortunately, but also no jet lag either.)
  • We’ve also amped up our Tigerpaw Academy with a full course catalog, training library, recorded webinars, version release notes, daily live training sessions and detailed reference guides. You can assign courses to your team and track their progress to ensure they are certified in their roles. Finish courses, earn points and your achievements will reflect on the Tigerpaw Community. You can earn several shiny Tigerpaw badges that will display next to your name when you post and show others the depth of your Tigerpaw knowledge.
  • We know so many of you want to devour as much Tigerpaw knowledge as possible. That’s why we’ve expanded our paid Master Class schedule to offer one in-depth training session every other month in 2018. Check out the latest offerings on the Training Calendar.
  • We kicked off our new Deep Dive series in which we share tips and best practices for running a modern tech business during a free, live webinar. In April, we shared with over 100 attendees how to create your own SOP. Upcoming sessions will cover topics such as creating a winning culture, running the best meetings ever and social media best practices.   • If you’re really wanting some face-to-face time with Roary and Team Tigerpaw, check out our Tigerpaw Event Calendar for our tradeshow schedule to see when we will be in a city near you.
